To apply for membership, you can download an Application Form here.

If you don’t have a printer, or access to one, let us know and we will post a form to you.

We encourage the idea of “going paperless” as much as possible. With that in mind, we are now sending out electronic membership cards and welcome packs to those that request them.

If you still wish to be sent a cardboard membership card, please indicate this on your application form. You will, however, have to send us a SAE by post.

With reference to Gift Aid, if you expect to be a taxpayer in 2023-24 and future years, we would be grateful if you could complete the Gift Aid application as Leeds u3a can claim a refund from HMRC of a proportion of the membership fee.
